Tony is the Principal & Director of Stoic Capital. He has helped real estate developers and investors arrange over $1 billion of commercial mortgages and structured finance solutions, and provided real estate advisory services to both private companies and the public sector.
Tony is a keen supporter of Vancouver’s business community, and has served as President of The Pacific Club, a non-profit organization supporting entrepreneurs and business professionals through educational opportunities.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation from the University of British Columbia.
Eric Lee
Associate, Real Estate Financing
Profile
Eric has over 4 years of real estate and lending experience. Prior to joining Stoic Capital, he worked at a Schedule l bank and a third-party lending firm. Throughout his time in commercial lending, he assisted in underwriting $400 million in deals for both term and interim financing across Canada. He strives to build lasting relationships with clients by providing solutions with efficiency and efficacy.
Eric has a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University specializing in Finance. He has diverse educational background having studied in Korea, Singapore, US, Australia, and Canada. He is also fluent in English and Korean.
